Paso Doble (DJ) is an international DJ and producer specializing in melodic house and electronic music. Founder of Melomania Records and GĒNĒTIC, he has been active on the international electronic music scene since 2008, known for blending organic rhythms with deep and melodic electronic textures. He has performed at renowned venues and festivals including Hï Ibiza, SXM Festival, Blue Marlin Ibiza, Stereo Montreal, BPM Festival, and Envision Festival. His music has received strong support from leading artists such as Adriatique, Âme, Dixon, and Jimi Jules.
Musical Career
Paso Doble discovered electronic music early on and developed a deep connection to
African and tribal sounds, which continue to shape his signature style. After
establishing himself in Canada, he gained traction on the local scene and soon
expanded to stages around the world.
Active since 2008, his unique sonic identity has led him to join renowned labels and
perform at major festivals and clubs across the globe.
In 2019, he released his debut album Africa Knows Who I Am on Melomania
Records, a musical journey that honors African heritage with a contemporary
electronic twist.
In 2022, he was the only Canadian artist selected to represent the country at
the Arcadia Festival during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
His 2024 official remix of Michael Jackson’s Off the Wall – Live Yokohama, released
on vinyl, marked a turning point in his career.
Beyond his role as a DJ and producer, Paso Doble launched GĒNĒTIC, a
multidimensional artistic project.
The audiovisual concept, titled “The Pulse of Evolution,” explores the DNA of
human beings—highlighting individuality while celebrating our universal connection

GĒNĒTIC – Label & Audiovisual Project
In 2025, Paso Doble launched GĒNĒTIC, a record label solely dedicated to his own
productions. The project also serves as the foundation for an immersive audiovisual
universe in collaboration with visual artist Aeforia, whose work has been showcased
at the Sphere in Las Vegas.Through GĒNĒTIC, Paso Doble explores the concept of human DNA—demonstrating
how, despite our unique genetic makeup, music remains a shared, universal
language.

Paso Doble has performed several times alongside Black Coffee, who notably used
Paso’s track Tishiki to launch the season at Hï Ibiza, as featured in a video posted
on Instagram. Over the years, Black Coffee has played nearly the entire
discography of Paso Doble in his sets.
Paso Doble’s two most recent releases, XVX and Echoes of Serenity, have received
strong support from Adriatique, Âme, Dixon, and Jimi Jules.
Founded in 2008, Paso Doble’s label Melomania Records was an early platform
for now-established artists such as Da Capo, Enoo Napa, Caiiro, and Vanco, to
name a few.
Today, Paso Doble has taken a new artistic direction, shifting toward Melodic
House, a genre he feels is more aligned with his current musical environment and
personal evolution.
